the hon Pikinini for his question. I think we can identify a number of areas - at least four - in which the infrastructure programme can assist young people.
The first is, clearly, in the provision of skills infrastructure, like schools - in this administration, we have built more than 510 new schools - like university infrastructure - there is more than a million South Africans who are currently enrolled at universities.
