Hon Chairperson, colleagues, I can assure you that the IFP will accelerate its political mobilisation outside of this House. I won't use this platform here and now to criticise any other political party or to praise any other political party. I think we have done enough in the last five years for South Africans to see how well we have done, as the IFP, in the last five years in this House.
Having said that, I think when we pass or consider legislation in this House, it must be legislation that can stand the test of time. It must be legislation that is accompanied with qualifications, regulations so that all sectors - whether it is a financial sector or any sector - are governed by those set of regulations.
