Mr Madikizela was sworn in as the MEC for Public Works in May 2019. He has since resigned as the MEC for Public Works.
Mr Madikizela was born at Mbongweni Location, in Mbhizana. He is a member of the ANC Provincial Executive Committee, and a former human settlements MEC. He is a qualified town planner, having studied with the ML Sultan Technikon.
