Mr Dodovu has an MSc in Urban Housing Management with the University of Lund in Sweden and a Masters in Public Administration with the University of Stellenbosch.
Prior to being appointed as an MP in the National Council of Provinces (NCOP - North West), Mr Dodovu was an MPL in the North West Provincial Legislature, where he served as the MEC for Local Government and Traditional Affairs.
