About Kevin John Mileham

Mr Mileham served as the DA's Shadow Minister for Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs in the Fifth Parliament (2014 - 2019). He is a member of the DA’s Provincial Executive Committee in the Eastern Cape and was Chairman for the Frontier Constituency of the DA in Port Alfred from 2006 - 2009. He also served as a Councillor and Chief Whip in the Ndlambe DA caucus from 2006 - 2011. Thereafter he became the DA Chief Whip of Buffalo City Municipal Caucus, East London from 2011 - 2013.

He completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Legal) Degree at Wits University in 1993, a Post Grad Diploma in Advertising & Marketing from the AAA School of Advertising in 1994 and an Executive Leadership Management Development Programme from the University of Pretoria in 2008.
