Ms Magadla has been a member of the ANC REC & RWC from 2008 to date, and a SACP Member from 2003 to date. She has also served the ANC in the following positions: Branch member (1990), Branch Secretary (1996), ANC WL REC (1998), ANC REC & RWC (2000-2006) and ANC WL REC Deputy Chairperson (2004-2006). Ms Magadla holds a National Diploma in Education (1999), a Certificate in Development Programme in Finance Management (2009) and many Certificates from Local Government (2000-2009).
