Mr P Ntshiqela (COPE) referred to the information on provinces and municipalities. He asked if the Department was dealing with the municipalities directly.
Mr P Ntshiqela (ANC) said if the Committee received documents that were unknown to them and no one took ownership, it was criminal and the criminals needed to come forward
