Member of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature
Ms Gomba joined the ANC and started her political career as a municipal councillor of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality.During her tenure on the council, she was one of the longest-serving councillors and also headed the ANC health subcommittee in the party's provincial executive committee.
Ms Gomba was the MEC for Health for the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature until February 2021.
