Mr Windvoel also asked what the duration of these leases were. Information was needed in order to determine what the implications were. ...
Mr V Windvoel (ANC, Mpumalanga) did however ask that in the future legislation should be forwarded to the Committee well in advance for consideration. It would allow members the opportunity and time to apply their minds properly.
