(1) (a) How many posts (i) exist and (ii) are currently vacant at Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) and (b) with regard to each such vacant post, (i) what is the salary rank and (ii) how long has the post been vacant; (2) how many posts (i) exist and (ii) are currently vacant at Stats SA for each of the past five financial years up to 31 March 2009?
