(1) With reference to his reply to question 256 on 6 March 2012, how many of the 1 384 potential employment opportunities provided collectively by the 10 institutions which approached the Jobs and Opportunities Seekers’ Database (JOBS) of the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), resulted in actual placement; (2) what is the nature of each placement category with regard to (a) temporary, (b) permanent, (c) internship or (d) training and (e) paid or (f) unpaid?

(a) What steps has he taken to give effect to the performance agreement that he signed with the President in 2010, (b) what outcomes have been measured and (c) what follow-up steps has he taken with regard to each specified outcome?

Whether the Government has invited the Auditor-General to a special meeting with the Cabinet to discuss (a) the problems with financial management in the Government, (b) corruption in the procurement process and (c) the regression by government departments in respect of audits; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what measures were implemented to deal with issues raised by the Auditor-General?

Whether (a) the Presidency or (b) any entity reporting to him makes use of private security firms; if so, in each case, (i) which firms and (ii) what is the (aa) purpose, (bb) value and (cc) duration of each specified contract?

(a) With reference to the Public Sector Oversight programme, what is the progress on (i) institutional performance, (ii) monitoring and (iii) frontline service deliverymonitoring and (b) what is the extent of the involvement of the (aa) public and (bb) civil society in this oversight mechanism?

(1) What service providers were contracted for the South African Youth Awards; (2) whether the contracts of the specified service providers were awarded after an open tender process; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, how much was each paid?

What was the total breakdown of financial contributions made to the South African Youth Awards by (a) the Presidency, (b) state-owned enterprises and (c) private organisations?

Whether the anti-corruption unit that was established by the President monitors and reports on municipal financial affairs since its establishment; if not, why not; if so, what (a) were the findings in each case, (b) are the relevant details with regard to (i) arrests, (ii) prosecutions, (iii) efforts to recover the R814 million that was spent on illegal municipal deals as published in the Auditor-General's 2011-12 municipal report and (c) measures have been put in place to eliminate further irregular municipal expenditure?

(a) How many departments (i) are complying and (ii) are not complying with the resolution to centralise media buying along the lines of communication strategy as adopted by Cabinet in June 2011 and (b) what are the reasons given by the departments that are not complying?
