What amount has his department spent on promotional magazines in the (a) 2011-12, (b) 2012-13 and (c) 2013-14 financial years?

Is his department planning to introduce (a) a new White Paper on Intelligence, (b) the State Security Agency Amendment Bill and/or (c) any other specified (i) policy, (ii) legislation and (iii) regulations; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
