(1)Whether he is able to indicate by what date the National Consumer Commission’s investigation panel into the holiday club industry will release its final report; (2) what are the reasons for the delay in releasing the specified report, given the fact that the report should have been published earlier in the year? The final report will be released in the first week of December 2018.

The final report is currently with the printers. The delay was due to the NCC:

consulting certain regulators and entities that have been drawn into particular recommendations;
seeking legal opinions on the implementation of certain recommendations.
