About Khanyisile Litchfield-Tshabalala

Ms Litchfield-Tshabalala was a member of the ANC before joining the EFF. After 1994 she attended UCT where she graduated with an honours degree in political science and drama. She then joined the Navy where she attended military qualification courses. Ms Litchfield-Tshabalala was the first woman to attain the rank of rear admiral in the navy. She also has a masters degree in criminology from UNISA, and is in the process of completing her PhD with the Atlantic Internation University in Hawaii.
