Dear Portfolio Committee on Public Works and Infrastructure,

2007 the then premier mme Edna Molewa came to our village of Modimong in Taung North West. The sod was turned for road D210 to be constructed in phases. The first phase was done from Taung to Cokonyane village. Since then every thing stopped. 2013 AURECON consulting firm came in to introduce a new contractor to construct road D210,they then vanished without building the road.06 March 2019 the current MEC of public works came to meet us the committee and left us saying our road will be done before the end of 2019/2020 financial year since the design for construction of the road are already designed. We are nearing the end of 2020/2021 financial year and nothing is about to be done.can the committee please look into that matter of our concern.
