Dear Portfolio Committee on Public Works and Infrastructure, engagement with financial institutions needs to be held so as that clarity regarding outstanding bonds can be discussed. If property is expropriated without compensation who has to foot the bill for outstanding bonds? I firmly believe that the expropriation bill is grossly flawed. Proceeding with this course of action will undoubtedly cause widespread anarchy and chaos as has been seen in South Africa countless times. This bill certainly does not have my vote and any bill of such action never will it is unconstitutional and barbarian.
