Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

I have applied for maternity benefits last year May 2021 via online, all the documents required were confirmed to be in order by August 2021.
I have called, emailed to follow up on my benefits for but to this day (2 June 2022) i am still not being assisted, whenever i call they always say "they are escalating my query" but i never get any feedback.
I call almost every week. it has been over a year now and i am still waiting.

I would really appreciate your assistance in this.
