Dear Portfolio Committee on Social Development,

I have been following this Bill, I am in full support of especially to parents who are saving our nation from being child headed homes. Giving the right to a biological father access to his child's adoption is progressive, but based on the exposure and experience on evident community cases - I wish to suggest that on the issue of financial sustainability since much has happened during COVID 19 Pandemic those who have living annuities - those monitored and controlled by High Court (from both Private and Public Sector)
