[Mr M W SIBUYANA (IFP): Madam Speaker, the IFP is baffled by what has been reported in The Star newspaper of 24 September 2007 about the water contamination in Gauteng. Scientists have found that the water is so contaminated that it can even change a person's sex. We request that the matter be investigated. There is no man amongst us who would like to wake up one day and be a woman, or a woman who would want to be a man. Thank you.]
