(c) that, according to a report of the Auditor-General on the Financial Statement of the Special Defence Account for the 2008-09 financial year, irregular expenditure to the amount of R2,9 billion had been incurred in procuring the aircraft; and
(d) that a number of departments, including the Department of Trade and Industry, the Department of Public Enterprises, the Department of Transport, the National Treasury and the Department of Defence, played a role in the acquisition of the aircraft; and ...
