Hon members, I have been informed by the Whippery that there will be no notices of motion or motions without notice today.
May I say up front that we will have to start with the Deputy Minister of Basic Education because he has other involvements, and his questions are Questions 28, 29, 36, 39, 42 and 57.
Thank you, hon Deputy Chairperson. There are some strong fumes here, and we don't know what it is.
Actually we have noticed it. It is some sort of glue but I don't know where it comes from and everybody has been trying to find out. [Laughter.]
Hon members, let us remember that there are a lot of renovations going on and the matter has been taken up - we are actually expecting an answer within a short period of time. However, business has to go on, unfortunately.
