This includes the Province, the Cluster, the Station Commander and the various managers including the Branch Commander and the Community Service Centre manager. . The problem in the firearm licensing office must be attended to as a matter of urgency. . That all the firearms at the police station are sent for ballistic testing. The Provincial Commissioner should monitor this process. . The Provincial Commissioner is requested to visit the station before the end of September 2011 to check whether functionality in these problem areas has improved. The Portfolio Committee on Community Safety (the Committee's provincial counterparts) promised to visit the station as well. .
