Hon Deputy Minister, the question is that you recently cut R17,5 million from the housing delivery budget in this adjustment budget. I am asking you what the justification for this cut is, given that South Africa still has a 2,3 million housing backlog.

We know that our budget is cut ... reduced to R33,861 billion through monetary savings of R17,52 million. We are saying that we will make sure that the houses are built. We will take money from programmes, like, for instance, the title deeds are not doing well in terms of utilising their money. We are not going to say there is no budget to do
