The secretary will read the order.
I now call upon the hon Minister of Home Affairs to introduce his Budget Vote.
Chair, on a point of order.
What is the point of order?
Chair, with due respect, I think this is a formal sitting of the mini-plenary; therefore the rules of the Assembly do apply. So, I am requesting your indulgence, Chair, in terms of sitting arrangements. By the look of things, the minority have now seated in the seats that must occupied by the parties that worked the ground. So, I was suggesting that the sitting arrangements must be properly arranged.
Hon member, there is no sitting arrangements during mini-plenaries. [Applause.] The members can sit where ever they want to. You can even sit amongst the other parties if you want to. So, there are no sitting arrangements here. Continue hon Minister.
