Hon Deputy Speaker, Parliament and the Department of Arts and Culture plays a major role in the promotion of multilingualism as a national resource and continues to contribute to conditions of development through PanSalb. For the use of all 11 official languages in Sout Africa, with the adoption of the Constitution certain institutions of democracy were created in order to protect and develop various issues.
