    That the House debates the importance of transparent and corrupt free allocation of Reconstruction and Development Programme, RDP, houses because at Ward 34 Rustenburg, Nkaneng, people were made to apply for the houses and they were approved. However, the people who applied for those houses are now homeless because the houses were given to the people who do not qualify.
