The Chairperson welcomed everyone and stated that Nkosi Z Mandela (ANC), Prince B Zulu (ANC) and Mr S Mokgalapa (DA) had tendered their apologies.
There were apologies from the Director-General: Department of Rural Development and Land Reform (DRDLR), Mr A Trollip (DA), and Mr B Zulu (ANC).
