The DWCPD does not have access to the either the national or provincial Department of Human Settlements database on subsidized housing applications. The Department is currently developing an integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Framework that will integrate disability-related information contained within the government-wide monitoring system. It is envisaged that this database will come into operation towards the beginning of the 2013/14 financial year, pending finalization ...
