(1) Whether, with reference to his reply to question 11 for oral reply on 21 August 2013, the progress report on the implementation of the Public Protector’s recommendations did serve before Cabinet; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (2) whether Cabinet has approved sanctions for executive members who violate the Executive Members Ethics Code; if not, why not; if so, what are the details of the sanctions for executive members who violate the Executive Members Ethics Code; (3) whether the Executive Members’ Ethics Amendment Bill will be tabled in the National Assembly before the term of the Fourth Parliament ends; if not, (a) why not and (b) why did Cabinet delay several years to give effect to the recommendations by the Public Protector that sanctions should be introduced for violations of the Executive Members Ethics Code?
