(1) (a) What are the reasons for the difference in amounts provided by the Presidency and the State Information Technology Agency for setting up the Presidential hotline (details furnished), (b) what has the difference between the two amounts provided been spent on and (c) what are the reasons for the delay of the launch of the hotline that was envisaged to be operating from 1 September 2009; (2) whether any official has been held responsible for this delay; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether any action has been taken against such official responsible for this delay; if not, why not; if so, what action?
