(1) With reference to the accommodation at the Beacon Isle Hotel for the War on Poverty visit that was hosted by the Deputy President in Plettenberg Bay from 20 to 21 August 2010, (a) what are the details of the (i) type and (ii) cost of room for (aa) him, (bb) the Deputy President and (cc) each specified (aaa) Minister, (bbb) Deputy Minister, (ccc) premier and (ddd) other delegate, (b) how many delegates stayed at the hotel at the State's expense and (c) what was the name of each of the specified delegates; (2) what was the total cost of (a) catering for the delegation, (b) venue hire and (c) security supplied by the hotel; (3) whether any other hotels in the area were considered for accommodating delegates; if not, why not; if so, on what basis was the Beacon Isle Hotel selected to accommodate delegates for the event; (4) whether any outside companies were used to supply any (a) catering, (b) venues and (c) marquee tents; if not, why not; if so, (i) which companies, (ii) what amount was paid to each specified company and (iii) on what basis was the decision made to use each specified company?
