(1) Whether the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) has programmes in place for sustainable jobs for the unemployed youth; if not, why not; if so, (a) how many programmes are in place, (b) what are the (i) names and (ii) strategies of these programmes, (c) which age groups do these programmes target, (d) how long have each of these programmes been running, (e) how many youths have been employed in each of these employment programmes and (f) what is the estimated job target for each of the programmes in place; (2) (a) how much of the budget of the NYDA is (i) allocated to and (ii) spent on the (aa) establishment and (bb) running of programmes to create or sustain jobs among the unemployed youth and (b) how were these monies spent for each specified project; (3) whether the NYDA has specific programmes or plans within programmes for creating opportunities for youth with disabilities in (a) rural and (b) urban areas; if not, why not; if so, (i) how many of such initiatives exist, (ii) what are the names of these initiatives, (iii) how many jobs are being created through each of these initiatives, (iv) what types of jobs are being created in each of these initiatives and (v) what is the average duration of employment for all jobs created?
