Whether, with regard to a forensic report on the Ncera Farms project, any (a) disciplinary action has been taken against any officials or employees who are implicated in the report, (b) such persons (i) remained in the employ of her department or state enterprises and (ii) have since been employed by other state departments or enterprises, (c) losses have since been recovered and (d) other action has since been taken; if not, (aa) why not and (bb) what are her department’s plans in this regard; if so, (aaa) what is the current status of the project, (bbb) how were funds that were allocated to the project spent and (ccc) what are the further relevant details?
