(1) Whether she, with reference to her department's media statement on 1 August 2012 that the fight against corruption and poaching shall continue, intends to lay criminal charges against departmental employees and service providers who are found to be involved in corrupt activities; if not, why not; if so, (2) whether she intends to request the (a) National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), (b) Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and (c) Asset Forfeiture Unit to investigate, prosecute and lay claim to assets that have been accumulated as a result of corrupt activity; if not, why not, in each case; if so, what are the relevant details in each case; (3) whether she intends to (a) investigate, (b) take corrective action and (c) make restitution to fishermen who paid deposits and complied with all criteria but were denied the right to a fishing quota as a result of corrupt activities; if not, why not, in each case; if so, what are the relevant details in each case; (4) whether she intends to conduct public hearings on instances where fishermen have been defrauded out of fishing quotas; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (5) whether she intends to cancel contracts that are found to have been awarded in a corrupt and preferential manner; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
