(1) Whether, since the positions of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Pan South African Language Board (PanSALB) have been vacant and PanSALB has not budgeted for these positions, he will consider dissolving PanSALB as suggested in the Public Service Research Institute report tabled in March 2014; if not, what action will he take to resolve issues at PanSALB; (2) in light of the fact that PanSALB has not budgeted for the specified posts (a) where will the funding come from to fill these posts which were advertised to be filled by 29 May 2015 and (b) will he take action against over-expenditure in this regard; (3) with reference to the fact that for the past five years PanSALB has been involved in litigations to the tune of R21,5 million, what amount has been recovered through litigation; (4) has anyone been held accountable for unauthorised expenditure; if so, what are the relevant details; (5) with reference to a certain company (name furnished) that was contracted by PanSALB to provide internet solutions and the fact that PanSALB indicated that they were billed by the specified company for services not covered by their mutual contractual agreement, what (a) amount was wrongfully claimed by the specified company, (b) processes are in place to recover these funds and (c) amount has been recovered to date?
