(1) Whether her department has undertaken an audit of basic amenities, infrastructure and learning resources in schools throughout the country; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (2) (a) how many schools in each province do not have access to (i) pipe water, (ii) electricity, (iii) flushing toilets, (iv) a library and (v) a laboratory and (b) what plans does her department have to ensure that all schools have access to basic amenities, infrastructure and learning resources?
