(1) With regard to her department’s visit to schools in the country to monitor the implementation of the integrated quality management system in the 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11 financial years, (a) what were the findings in schools which successfully implemented the integrated quality management system, (b) how did it improve the performance of learners and (c) what were the reasons for schools which did not implement the system properly; (2) whether any support systems were available in cases where schools needed assistance with problems of understanding and implementing the system; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
