(1) Whether, with regard to the National School Nutrition Programme (NSNP), all schools and/or sites in all provinces have been provided with cooking equipment; if not, (a)(i) which schools did not receive such equipment and (ii) in which provinces is each specified school located and (b) why did they not receive the equipment; if so, what are the relevant details; (2) whether (a) her department provided guidelines to service providers on food safety and hygiene and (b) they have complied in this regard; if not, why not, in each case; if so, in each case, what are the relevant details; (3) what number of NSNP monitors is allocated to each specified province?
