(1) With reference to her reply to oral question 78 on 19 March 2015, in each education district, how many educators who are teaching at public ordinary schools are employed by (a) the relevant provincial education department, (b) the school governing bodies of the relevant schools and (c) independent schools; (2) in each education district, how many educators teaching at public special schools are employed by the (a) relevant provincial education department and (b) school governing bodies of the relevant schools; (3) in each education district, how many educators employed by (a) the provincial education department are (i) qualified, (ii) underqualified and (iii) unqualified, (b) school governing bodies are (i) qualified, (ii) underqualified and (iii) unqualified and (c) independent schools are (i) qualified, (ii) underqualified and (iii) unqualified; (4) whether the educator profiling project undertaken by her department extended to all educators, including (a) those employed by school governing bodies of public schools and (b) those employed at special schools; if not, why not?
