(1) Which rural or under-resourced schools in the Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal have benefited from the Learn English Audio Project (LEAP), how many of the 320 educators trained to utilise the training material have commenced with the programme to assist learners from Grade R to Grade 4 to improve their listening and speaking skills; (2) does her department have any plans to roll out this programme to the other provinces for implementation; if not, why not; if so, (a) when and (b) what are the further relevant details; (3) has her department (a) consulted with any of these educators and (b) reviewed the programme to determine whether it is being implemented according to plan; if so, what were the findings in each case?
