(1) What are her department’s current (a) targets and (b) time frames to achieve each of the targets with regard to the establishment of (i) schools for children with special educational needs and (ii) full service schools in education districts; (2) (a) what were her departments’ targets with regard to the establishment of (i) schools for children with special educational needs and (ii) full service schools in education districts in 2014-15 financial year and (b) which of these targets were achieved in the specified financial year; (3) have full service schools been established in each education district; if not, in respect of each province, which districts did not establish a compliant full service school; if so, what are the minimum requirements that a school should meet in order to constitute a full service school with respect to (a) therapists, (b) infrastructure, (c) learner teacher support materials, (d) remedial equipment, (e) recreational facilities and (f) any other requirements?
