(1) Whether, with reference to the financial irregularities relating to the 2012 ICT Indaba held in Cape Town, he has obtained the report of the Joint Committee on Ethics and Members’ Interests as published in the ATC of 7 August 2013; if not, why not; if so, when; (2) (a) what steps does he intend to institute against those senior officials implicated in the cover-up of violations of Treasury regulations and the Public Finance Management Act, Act 1 of 1999, and (b) by when; (3) whether he intends to (a) lay criminal charges against other persons implicated in the report by the committee and (b) recover monies from (i) Khemano, (ii) former Minister Ms Dina Pule, MP, and (iii) Mr Phosane Mngqibisa; if not, in each case, why not; if so, what are the relevant details in each case; (4) whether he intends to institute a forensic audit to determine the extent of financial misconduct; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (5) how does he intend to restore the relationship between his department and the ICT stakeholders who were requested to co-sponsor the ICT Indaba?
