(1) What amounts have been spent on international travel (a) in the 2011-12 financial year and (b) during the period 1 April to 30 September 2012 by (i) her Ministry, (ii) her department and (iii) each specified entity reporting to her; (2) (a) what was the (i) nature and (ii) purpose of each specified international trip, (b) what are the names of the persons who undertook each specified trip and (c) in what way did each specified trip add value to (i) the country, (ii) her department and (iii) the functioning of the specified entity; (3) whether she has found that (a) board members and (b) Independent Communications Authority of SA (ICASA) councillors travel more often than specialists and technocrats employed by the specified entities and ICASA; if not, in each case, what is the position in this regard; if so, (i) why, in each case and (ii) what are the further relevant details; (4) whether her department has developed a policy to regulate overseas travel to ensure value for money; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (5) what steps does she intend to take to ensure compliance with Treasury regulations?
