REPLY:Â
(1) to (3)Â The continued residence of Rwandan Lieutenant-General
Faustin Kayumba Nyamwasa forms subject of litigation that is
pending before a Court of Law. The matter is therefore sub judice
and I am unable to respond until a final decision has been taken by
the Court.
