(1) Whether he will provide the details as to why vehicle licences are outstanding in the Eastern Cape Department of Health; if not, why not; if so, (a) when, (b) how many (i) ambulances, (ii) mobile clinics and (iii) patient transport vehicles are affected in this regard, (c) in which municipalities were these vehicles supposed to be operating and (d) what amount of funds are required to have these licences issued; (2) whether, with regard to the transfer of functions back to the Eastern Cape provincial department by the Cacadu District Municipality, he will provide detailed information on what vehicles were (a) for (i) staff, (ii) management and (iii) patients, (b) mobile clinics, (c) ambulances and (d) for any other purposes; (3) whether his department has taken full responsibility for the operation budget in each case; if not, (a) why not and (b) how should this responsibility be funded; if so, what is the budget in each case?
