REPLY:
1) No, the only functioning ambulance at Lencwe Clinic in the Moses
Kotane Municipality was not removed. It is still operational but only
during the night owing to staff shortages.
2) Patients do not have to travel at further expense to the Hospital
because there is a 24-hour emergency medical service in the District.
There is also a toll-free number 10777 for the community to access
this service.
END.
