(1)Whether the investigation by the former Department of Science and Technology in 2016 into alleged maladministration by a certain person that was in the employ of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research at the time (name furnished), led to a report and/or any other indication of wrongdoing by the specified person; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details in this regard;
