(1) Whether, with reference to the judgment in a certain case (details furnished), her department has applied to have the land use restrictions applicable to certain erven in Cape Town (details furnished) amended so as to permit the lawful operation of the office at the premises; if not, (2) whether arrangements have been made to move the refugee centre to alternative premises; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether the minimum requirement of 90 on-site staff dedicated to the administrative work of the centre has been achieved; if not, (a) why not and (b) when is it anticipated that it will be achieved; if so, (i) how many dedicated administrative staff members are employed at the centre and (ii) when was the minimum requirement of 90 staff achieved; (4) (a) how many lavatories (i) have been determined as being appropriate for the centre by the Medical Officer of Health of the City of Cape Town and (ii) are currently available to refugees attending the centre, (b) how many refugees (i) attend the centre on a daily basis and (ii) have their applications processed on a daily basis and (c) what measures have been put in place to prevent refugees from (i) sleeping on the street outside the centre, (ii) being forced to attend the centre repeatedly without a guarantee that their application will be processed and (iii) being regarded as illegal immigrants despite repeated attempts to apply for permits?
