(1) With reference to the reason given in her department's annual report that the target to implement streamlined regulations to fast-track the importing of scarce skills was not reached because a decision had been taken to conduct a comprehensive review of the immigration regime, (a) what is the role of the Immigration Advisory Board in this regard, (b) who are the members of the Immigration Advisory Board, (c) how often has the board met since it was appointed on 26 February 2010 and (d) what (i) circumstances have prompted the need for the comprehensive review and (ii) will the comprehensive review comprise; (2) whether the comprehensive review has commenced; if not, (a) why not and (b) when will it (i) commence and (ii) be completed; if so, what are the relevant details; (3) whether her department or another government department maintains a database of scarce skills required for entering and leaving the country; if not, why not; if so, where can the database be accessed?
