(1) Whether the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks) have instituted a complaints mechanism under the auspices of a retired judge; if not, why not; if so, (2) whether this office is functional; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (a) who is the head of this office, (b) how many staff are employed and (c) what is the mandate of this office; (3) whether any complaints have been made directly to this office; if not, why not; if so, (a) how many and (b) what are the outcomes of these complaints?
